Noor Salman was arrested yesterday morning in California and charged with aiding and abetting Omar Mateen’s attempted provision and provision of material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and obstruction of justice. She will make an initial appearance at the federal courthouse in Oakland, California today at 9:30 a.m. (PST). The 
indictment has been unsealed.
